Inchcape Automotive Retail is a leader in the Australian automotive industry. We require an experienced Concierge to join us at VW Chatswood Classic Cars.
 
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Sales team, by providing an exceptional customer service experience to our customers including the meeting & greeting and being the first point of contact for customers, and answering the telephone.
To be successful in this role, you will posses the following qualities:

• The ability to manage high volume floor traffic in a busy dealership environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dealership environment
• Have an outgoing and vibrant personality
• Be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal form
• Highly skilled at customer service and interpersonal relationships
• Adept at paying attention to detail
• Computer literate

The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience. Experience in a high volume retail role or in the automotive industry will also be highly regarded.
